In this role, she is responsible for driving day-to-day operational milestones to meet the company’s strategic and growth objectives. Deb uses her enterprise operations, engineering, and management backgrounds to shape both the short- and long-term impacts that corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, industry and government relations, branding, and communications initiatives may have on the success of the business.

Jim Reagan is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The SI Organization, Inc. In this role, he leads the development and implementation of financial strategies across the enterprise to ensure the SI and our customers are well positioned to meet mission goals.
Vice President, National Security Space
Tom Sheridan is the Vice President of the National Security Space line of business. In this role, he shapes the overarching strategy and deployment of the SI’s systems engineering and integration services to our customers in the Intelligence Community, the military and NASA in support of national security objectives.
Vice President, GEOINT Integration
Kent Matlick is the Vice President of the Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Integration line of business. In this role, he drives the deployment of the SI’s GEOINT integration and analytical services to our customers in support of U.S. national defense.

Brett Dody is the Vice President of the Intelligence Systems Group line of business. In this role, he oversees the delivery of the SI’s cost-effective analysis and systems engineering and integration expertise to our customers across the Intelligence Community that directly impacts their mission success.
Joe Squatrito is the Acting Director of the PhaseOne line of business. In this role, Joe leads a diverse team of professionals and top experts in conducting analysis that results in persuasive, motivating, behavior-changing communications.

Mike Kirkland is the Vice President of Mission Analysis. In this role, he is responsible for the technical integrity and success of our engineering solutions; driving complex technical issues to closure; and meeting the schedule, cost and mission needs of our customers.
